As Managing Director for EMEA for Silverpop I run a market-leading business that provides technology, services and strategy for marketers who want to reach large numbers of customers who, in turn, want to hear from those marketers.
I strongly believe that marketing in the 21st Century is a two-way communication: engage, don’t interrupt… and LISTEN.
